Meet Harriet

Your Dedicated Nutrition & Fitness Coach

Hi, I’m Harriet - a nutrition and fitness coach, veterinary nurse, busy mum of two, and the face behind Thrive with Harriet.

I know how challenging it can be to juggle family, work, and still make time for yourself. That’s why my coaching is built around real life - helping you create healthy, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle, not the other way around.

My Story

For most of my life, I was the quiet one - shy, unsure of myself, and often overwhelmed in social situations. I used to look at confident people and wonder how they did it… how they managed to show up so comfortably in their own skin.

My Reason Why

One day, something just clicked. I had a lightbulb moment - a realisation that nothing would change unless I did. I decided enough was enough and took a leap outside my comfort zone. That’s when I asked for help from a coach - one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

What started as a physical journey soon became so much more than that. I began to build confidence, strength, and belief in myself. The world stopped feeling so scary, and I started to see possibilities instead of limits. Along the way, I discovered not only what my body could do, but who I could be.

That transformation inspired me to go further - to study my Level 4 Nutrition certificate, Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training and begin helping others experience that same shift. I'm also currently working on Menopause Training and Level 5 Nutrition certificates.

Now, through Thrive With Harriet, my mission is simple: to help people like me step into their power, find confidence from the inside out, and see just how amazing they truly are.

Because thriving isn’t just about fitness or nutrition - it’s about becoming the version of you that you’ve always wanted to be.

In my 1:1 online coaching, there’s no one size fits all and no “do this because I said so.”

You know your life better than anyone. I’m here to guide you, support you and help you make it work.

We build your plan together, shaping it around your routine, your family, your job and your goals. Then we tweak and refine as you go, so it actually feels achievable and not overwhelming.

The goal? Strong, confident, lasting results… without overcomplicating the process.

We keep things simple, sustainable and effective.
